What is TOG rating?
TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is the unit of measurement for the insulation & thermal resistance of flooring materials. When choosing a flooring material for underfloor heating, the TOG rating is something you need to consider. The lower the tog rating of a product, the lower its thermal resistance is and the more suitable the flooring is to work with underfloor heating – as a low thermal resistance will allow heat to radiate into your home.

Do I need to change my boiler to install underfloor heating?
No, underfloor heating systems can be connected to most boilers via a heating manifold which we include in all our installations.
